🔥 What you’ll be doing
Driving high‑volume outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
Owning the first conversation with potential clients - confidently, clearly, and with personality
Turning cold leads into warm opportunities through energy and persistence
Qualifying prospects and booking high‑quality meetings for our senior team
Becoming fluent in Troi’s embedded recruitment model and how it solves real problems for founders and People & Talent leaders alike.
Tracking activity, iterating fast, and constantly sharpening your commercial edge
