GTM Talent Partner
Location: London (3 days a week on-site)

As a Talent Partner at Troi, you'll play a pivotal role in partnering with our clients to secure top talent and sharing your expertise to support their Hiring processes.
From one hire to one hundred, your insight will guide and shape our client’s success.
Responsibilities
Hands-on sourcing expertise and the ability to generate candidate pipelines from scratch via numerous channels
Adapt with our clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and create tailored hiring strategies
Source, assess, and engage top-tier candidates across Customer Success, Support and wider GTM requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding
Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience on all sides.
Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to adapt our recruitment strategies accordingly
Who are we looking for?
Proven GTM experience in an RPO or In-House Environment, with a strong focus on delivering a great candidate experience.
