We’re looking for an internal recruiter to help us hire the best of the best to work alongside the wonderful recruiters that power our business . We're headquartered in Farringdon (London) with a hybrid/flexible approach to work with both time at home and in the office.
Being our internal recruiter will be an incredibly varied role, providing you with the all the tools you will need to reach out and attract some of the best recruiters in the business.
Your core responsibilities will be hiring new members of our team (direct sourcing, outbound activity, inbound activity), owning our ATS and candidate experience (we use Teamtailor).
We have a pretty flexible view on what a ‘good profile’ looks like for this role. Perhaps you’re a Rec2Rec looking to move in-house? Or you work in a startup with a varied brief at the moment? Or maybe you’re a Commercial or Tech Recruiter looking for something a bit different?
What you’ll be doing
Your main focus will be ensuring we have an awesome pipeline of Tech (and Commercial) Recruiters to hire.
End-to-end recruitment process for all things Troi - from go-live to getting our new members set up and settled in.
You’ll own our ATS and Careers Page from both functionality and the content side too
What we’re looking for...
A good recruiter of recruiters! There will be other roles you will need to hire for as we grow out our central function (marketing, sales etc.) but your primary focus will be hiring Tech Recruiters and Commercial/GTM Recruiters.
Someone who is comfortable with various sourcing techniques - we’re very keen to increase our reach when it comes to finding the best people to join us.
Creative writing skills would be excellent, particularly for things such as adverts, employer branding collateral, social media content, careers page etc.
Experience with candidate-facing ATS systems would also be great, but this can be taught
The most important aspect of this role is the attitude towards it, we are looking for a talented recruiter that can show creativity and resilience who is excited about evolving our way of doing things.
